Whit McIsaac
CEO and President
Whit McIsaac is a founding member of Legal Applications Holding Corp., the parent company of Client Profiles / CRM4Legal. Since its inception, Whit has provided the vision that has enabled our company’s strategic positioning and growth in the legal marketplace. Immediately prior to founding Legal Applications Holding Corp, Whit was a Principal in Atlanta’s DataTrends Technology Corporation, a Southeast-based legal technology company which for over 20 years has been providing technology solutions to law firms. Previous to his role as a principal of DataTrends Technology Corporation, Whit was National Director of Sales for Executive Data Systems, a South Florida regional provider of Legal Technology in that area. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer and has been involved in a large number of law office technology roundtable discussions for a variety of National, Regional and State Bar and Trial Lawyer Associations.

Jose A. Fernandez
COO, CFO and Vice President
Jose Fernandez is a founding member of Legal Applications Holding Corp., the parent company of Client Profiles / CRM4Legal. Since joining the management team in 1998, Jose has been directly involved in our company’s strategic positioning and growth. Prior to founding Legal Applications Holding Corp, Jose spent 12 years in-house within Executive Management roles at two prominent Florida law firms.

Kevin L. Dunn
CIO and Vice President
Kevin L. Dunn is a founding member of LAHC/Client Profiles. For more than 20 years, he has been directly involved with law firm technology, implementation, migration and consulting. As a founding member of DataTrends Technology Corporation in 1990, Kevin’s team installed many of the first Local Area Networks for Atlanta area firms. Prior 1990, Kevin worked as a programmer with a South Florida law firm and 5 years working with a South Florida legal systems integrator as Vice President and Sr. Program Design Engineer where he installed some of the first Local Area Networks in the State.

Kevin Wydra
CTO and Vice President
Kevin M. Wydra is a founding member of Legal Applications Holding Corp., the parent company of Client Profiles / CRM4Legal. Kevin joined Client Profiles in 1992 upon graduating from college. Kevin has been intractably involved in the development of every version of Client Profiles software since its beginnings more than 15 years ago. Kevin has architected case management software tailored for law firms that is currently installed in over 1000 law firms throughout the country.

Dave Hutchinson
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Dave Hutchinson is Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Client Profiles. Dave has more than 20 Years of experience in the legal marketplace in executive leadership roles. Prior to joining Client Profiles, he served as President of Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions. In this role, he was responsible for implementing a strategy to grow PBLS, including onsite Facilities Management services as well as the Litigation & Document Services business, with a focus on building and expanding the PBLS brand in the legal marketplace.
Prior to being name President of PBLS, he was recognized as Regional Vice President of the Year in 2006 and was named Regional Sales Vice President of the Year six times during his tenure.

Carl A. Mack
VP, Financial Systems
Carl A. Mack joined the management group of Client Profiles in May 2007 through the merger of Foundation Software Laboratories, Inc with Client Profiles. Carl was President & CEO of the FSLI group. Carl and his group have been providing Time and Billing Financial Systems to Law Firms for over 20 years.

Michael D. White
Vice President, CRM Strategy
Michael D. White is Vice President, CRM Strategy, CRM4Legal. He is the former Principal in charge of the Lynch Marks CRM consulting group, acquired by Client Profiles in June 2007. With nearly 20 years of experience in legal, as a former executive for three AM100 firms responsible for Finance, Technology and Business development, in conjunction with his deep understanding of key factors for CRM goal achievement, Michael provides Client Profiles clients a strategic advantage as they plan and execute their unique CRM blueprint for success.

Donna Risch
Director of Implementations
Donna Risch is Director of Implementations for Client Profiles. Ms. Risch joined the Client Profiles organization in 2002 and is responsible for planning and managing the implementation, development and training processes for the Client Profiles case management system. She has played a leadership role in developing policies and procedures for the implementation process as well as establishing and implementing project plans for each new program. Prior to Client Profiles, Ms. Risch spent 12 years as Computer Software Specialist and Supervisor with the law office of Dale L. Buchanan & Associates in Chattanooga, TN. |
